Hi!

Are you ready for spring? I know I am. Many people I have talked to recently, gardeners and non-gardeners alike, complain about how cold this winter has been. I am unsure if it has been any different than the last few years, but I know I am one of the complainers!

My raised planter is still uninspiring, and I know the soil cannot warm up enough. The sun hits part of it around 10 am, and the rest gets sun for the next few hours, but by 4 pm, it is in the shade again. Now, come summer, it will be in full-day sun, but that does not help my winter color! Next year I might try Cyclamen and see how they do.

However, spring and summer will be here soon, and then we will start complaining about the heat!

Behind the Scenes

I want to thank you again for following me over to this "Gumroad" platform. About 40% of my subscribers came along with you. I know some people would say that is not many, but in this age of too many emails and busy lives, 40% is pretty good. And what it means to me is that you want to receive my emails, and I love you for that.

The only thing in this platform is that I don't have any control over the size of the photos I include. They all come out BIG and will be slower to load. Therefore I will use links more often and hope you will take a moment to click on any links to view them.
